Ed Harris
Co-founder
Ed Harris is an entrepreneur with experience in investment banking, corporate management and venture capital. He began his career at Salomon Brothers in New York, where he worked on billions of dollars of financing and M&A transactions for large companies. In Seattle, he served as co-founder of several startups which reached liquidity, including a wireless operator acquired by AT&T for $400 million, and was CFO of an internet company acquired by Disney for $1 billion. Ed also managed technology investments for Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen and has served on several public-company boards. He has a BA from Rutgers and an MBA from Columbia University.

Dan Mintz brings four decades of experience building and managing businesses, from privately held manufacturers and distributors to professional services firms. His background spans transportation, software, financial services, and legal services. More recently, he has helped build MetaJure to more easily address the document management needs of small to mid-sized law firms in the US and abroad, in addition to leading the Sales and Business Development team for LexBlog, another firm empowering legal professionals, worldwide. Dan also helped build a workers’ compensation claims intervention company, PCI Services, growing the client base by 20X. He has a BA from the University of Washington.
